In preparation for his career in NASCAR's top two national series, Hueytown, Alabama's Davey Allison made 40 career ARCA Racing Series starts from 1980 through 1986. Allison's first ARCA win came at Talladega Superspeedway in 1983, but it was his second win at Talladega that same season at the helm of the No. 23 Miller American Buick that would become most recognizable to race fans across the country. The red and white paint scheme was similar to his father Bobby's Miller American paint scheme that he campaigned during the 1985-87 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series seasons. Davey won eight ARCA races over his career before he moved onto great success in the NASCAR big leagues. For the first time ever, race fans can add a die-cast version of Davey Allison's ARCA Racing Series No 23 Miller American Buick to their collection.
